sod 'em
« on: 12 January 2008, 16:57:50 »

i decided to get my mot done at the garage i bought my car from so booked it in and turned up this morning. the garage was offering a £5 discount with a clipping from the local rag (which i left in my van) so when i got there i asked, as its my first mot since buying the car  would they miss the clipping, well the miserable sod said yes- so i then said could i tear the clip out of the paper in the waiting room with a reply of dont you dare?!!
so i told him i will pop around the corner to get another paper for it, he said yeh cos this is ours???!!!  after getting the new paper i found the clipping was no longer printed!!
i went straight back to him, told him and he just shrugged his shoulders!   so i thought 'dangle berries' to ya and sodded off, guaranteeing no further business from me, my in laws (who are local to him) my missus and several friends and neighbours. why be a tw$t when you are in a customer based business over a piddly £5?

Good for you mate. I work on the basis that I never complain, I always vote with my feet.

There is no excuse for bad service in this day and age.  >:(

there seems to be a constant run of poor service from people at the moment......
entering a scrappy the other day i asked for a window winder handle for my missus car, i was told by the lounging lazy pri&ks strip it off yourself, so i did and on my return he had the cheek to ask £10 for it (minimum charge) well he got called a lazy idiot and told to have it back inserted in an orrifice of his limited choice  !!!! >:( >:( >:(

Yeah, I used to be that way.  The problem is that you end up not being able to go anywhere because without enough people complaining they all go to cr@p.

That's why more people around here need to complain.  ;) :D

Still at least doing that gives people the opportunity to fill pockets with other goodies free of charge ;)

If you've got a Tesco Clubcard you can get a tenner off the MOT price at National Autocentres.
