Engine cutting out- Help!!!
« on: 24 October 2010, 19:38:48 »

When idleing in D at the lights ... the engine will just stop...

Also rather alarmingly it happened the other day while I was turning a corner... suddenly I had no steering AND no brakes and nearly crashed!

I have had 4 crank sensors in the last 3 years surely it can't be this again?

Try cleaning the IACV attached to the passsenger side of the plenum. Might also be worth doing a paperclip test to check for any stored codes :y
