only half the heating working in my car

not long bought an omega 2.2 estate.
however we have found out that although we have heating in the rear vents it is just putting out cold air in the front.
we dont have an owners book does anyone have an idea what is wrong.
its getting really cold outside and you can feel the chill factor in the car.
please help

Don't know about the 2.2 but you could try pressing the auto and off buttons at the same time to reset it.
Someone with a bit more know how will be here shortly.

Look here for a copy of the 2.2 Owners manual :y

Sorry to hijack the thread, but what does this reset achieve? As my 3.0 will only produce hot air, not cold!! The opposite problem  :D

it will reset the servo motors and make them close completely and after that they will learn the course. from what i know your problem might be the HBV (heater bypass valve)
