Well I still stand by my insurance company, They are very efficient.
I can now understand the frustration some people do have as today I have had the assessor round to look at the damaged caused from the accident dated 1st DECEMBER 2007!!!!!!  >:(

So fingers crossed that my friend will be the bodyshop to do the respray  ;)
