difference between 2.5 and 3.0 V6 back boxes
« on: 11 January 2011, 13:11:21 »

Apart from the visual extra tail pipe on the 3.0 back box is there any practical internal difference?

Could I use a 2.5 on a 3.0 litre.?

I wouldnt use a single tailpipe box on a 3 litre personaly, as I am sure the twin tailpipe box is 'straight through' whereas the single pipe box has 2 extra baffle plates to convert the twin inlet pipes to a single tailpipe, which will probably result in too much back pressure if fitted to the larger engine.
