Rear spring specification

Would you recommend standard or heavy duty rear springs for my car which only does occasional towing of a caravan

One for the pikeys on here?  :P

Guessing go for stock springs, and fit assisters if you get ride hight issues....?   :-/

But not being I pikey I have no experience with this so lets see what others say.   ;)
