Facelift front bumper edge strip
« on: 24 January 2011, 15:04:36 »

Hi again guys, for a while now my front bumper trim has looked shabby. I am refering to the black plastic strip that runs below the front bumper from wheel arch to wheel arch. It seems that the O/S retaining clip has either broken or deformed as it repeatedly falls and then hangs down on this side. Does anyone know any of the following....

1. What is this part called in Vauxhall/GM circles?
2. Where could i find one 2nd hand?
3. At roughly what cost?

Thanks guys.

Why oh why was there never a V8 Omega????
Such a missed oppurtunity.
Look forward to the Cadillac ATS & ATS-V. Maybe a re-badged one will replace the Miggy as a RWD runner?

Have heard the lowest part of a front bumper called a splitter. Although I have always known it as a valance.

Try putting a wanted ad in the wanted section. They are identical on all facelift Omegas, so arent a rare component.   :y
