I dont know where to get one, or even what one is, but if it is anything like the picture Tunnie has posted, and judging by his comment, it must be a good thing

No, if you think its crap, it is more than likely good

Dont get a cone filter. If you want a performance filter just get a replacement panel  one

Simple physics, what does an engine like more? Nice cool air taken from underneath the car, or warm engine bay air?

All these things do is make a nice noise, you actually get a reduction in power.

I never tryed a panel filter before, does it give any noise?
I'am used to power filter on my other cars, gives a nice sound  ,
do u really get the same sound from a panel filter?

Thats what they say but there all blow and no go. Utilising the standard air box and air feed with a performance panel filter is a better way.

if its sound your after go for it, the V6 do sound quite tasty with them fitted, not sure on 2.2 

But ask yourself this, why did a manufacture spend £1,000's developing  an in-take system   

Stock system will give better performance, but won't sound as nice
