wishbones
« on: 17 February 2011, 19:23:12 »

Just finished doing my nearside trackrods and noticed that my wishbones are on there way out ( rear  wishbone rubber starting to lose bits of rubber and some play in the front ones ), i have got a set of front poly bushes to replace the originals but im now in a dilema in that do i buy expensive wishbones and replace the front rubbers with the poly ones or do i buy some cheapo ebay ones and replace the fronts with the poly bushes, do the rear rubbers perish on the cheapo one's the same as the front bushes ?  :-/

If you are going to replace the new wishbone front bush regardless i wouldn't bother going for expensive ones, only had 1 rear wishbone bush fail in years on mine but SWMBO has cheap wishbones on hers for about 4 years, front bush is poly & never had any probs

Cheers chaps, if you have a link that would be great, must make sure that the new ones have the connector for the self leveling Light sensor  :y

Here you go: egay link!

The S/L sensor ball joint just unscrews from the old ones and screws into the new one :y
