I play a lot of Rugby and need to be on the heavy side due to the position i play...but rather hell..........i weighed myself today and i am 17 frigging stone, from 16 before xmas.........all those mincy pies i reckon....aw well...looks like i am going to have to go to extra training ..

When I jumped on the scales on the 2nd Jan for the start of the diet I was 16st 11lb which is the heaviest ive ever been. The wife is weighing me every Saturday morning to monitor my progress and last Saturday I was down to 16st 2lb. Just 3st 2lbs to go

No mate...that was down to a Welsh woman....I used to play a lot of football when in the forces...it was only the last 2 years in the MOD that i went to playing Rugby.....I am getting a bit to old now though.

I'm also 16 stones (converted).. But wife push the brakes..cut the food..Not good for heart..

    i was 19 plus  in november
