central locking prob on one door????
« on: 24 March 2011, 20:59:46 »

Hello all. Noticed this evening that the central locking is not working on the front passenger door. Was working at lunch time. Assume some sort of solenoid behind door card. Just want to know that there is nothing else i should be checking. Is the door card easy to remove 52 plate MV6. All the other locks are working fine. Thankyou.....

Yup, you need one of these:-

I am sure a breaker will contact you to say they have one. As said, the Maint, guide is easy to follow.

If memory serves, offside & nearside are different, so make sure you get the right one.  :y

It'd be a good idea to change it sooner than later then in case it decides to work one last time ............ and deadlock!  ::) ::)  ;)  :y

Difference is between front pair and rear pair and not across the car....   ;)
