Still off the cigs and lost a stone on the diet, there is a lot of willpower and stamina at work her, belive me.

A big well done Miggy to pack in the fags and loose weight at the same time is some achievement :y Its a good job your not going to the cam belt meet 'cos we home bake products for our shop and I'm going to take along some scones and 8-) MINCE PIES  8-)for afternoon tea that will be guaranteed to blow your diet :)

really chuffed for you mate doing one is hard enough but to lose weight and stop the cigs that takes the willpower to another level

Got to admit, i am finding it really hard, there has been times when i thought sod it but didnt, i am doing a lot of running and this seems to take the ciggy craving away, theres also been a few bloody noses in rugby training, all in good fun though

Even if you eat the same after giving up the ciggys the norm is to put weight on because after giving up cigs the metabolic rate slows down resulting in weight gain, plus cigs can act as an appetite supressant  so again well done :y

Well done Miggy, you will last longer, honest!. I gave up smoking a few years (32) ago, and am still here !. Most bits still in working order, thank goodness  :y :y.

if you have done both then a big pat on the back mate, you are doing really well.......

I did one at a time, balooned from 12st up to 16st and have now settled at 13st, and the wife says i look better for it  :y

A stone - cripes I wish I could.   I go to the gym 3-4 times a week but still it doesn't budge.   Maybe should take up smoking :-X

Nice one Pete, Ive only lost 9lb but at least its going in the right direction, until next week when I will be pub lunchin it for most of the week ::)
