Next one - Exhausts
« on: 17 May 2011, 19:48:44 »

Well I've finally got fed up of the quads on my miggy, they just dont suit it now at all, so I want something different but am struggling to find something good for a reasonable price.

Don't want duplex unless it's relativly 'normal' looking, a nice twin would suit perfectly, but wouldn't mind something with a nice note to it too

Where am I best off looking? Going to trawl ebay again but it's frivillous!

Have you considered having a system custom made for you?
You can choose which ever style of tail pipe you like and the exhaust tone and volume level can be tuned to your requirements...

I'm just making a system for the Holden, actually easier than I thought, but a ramp and welder are a must.

Spoke to a few custom places but for now it's quite a way out of my price range!

There is a exhaust specialist called Vortex, based nationwide? Ive used their Essex branch (near lakeside). Found them quite helpful and friendly bunch, and most of all were very reasonably priced! Check them on the net and give them a call! Dont have to use them but atleast you can get a quote?  :y  ;) ;)

having just modified a custom stainless exhaust from my old 20xe cavalier and fitted it with only a couple of hitches it sounds great with twin 3" tailpipes on my 3 litre elite
