My dad has a spare/scrap mini facelift estate Elite.

Reason it's not in use (for about a year or 20) is the central locking won't work.
The drivers door is unlocked but all the other doors are deadlocked? :-?

The remote doesn't do anything, you can hear it working but nothing actually happens. Using the key does nothing either.

The car is going to be broken, eventually, but he needs to be able to get the other doors open first, any ideas?
