A Cake for ya Miggy

I have made a Bran Cake today with the kids and it is lovely, butter on it and its good for ya I think!!! ;D
Easy to make to it will impress your Mrs... :y

Here is the ingredients...
1 cup of Self Raising Flour
1 cup of Caster Sugar
1 cup of Mixed Fruit
1 cup of All Bran
1 cup of Milk
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon of Mixed Spice

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add a beaten egg and your milk, then mix it all up.
leave it in the bowl for an hour (covered over)
Put in the Oven for an hour on 170 degrees

Then get your butter ready mate to spread on cause it is gorgeous ;)

Instead of using a cup we used a mug and made two  ;D

The second one has already been started ;D

Mrs got two Loaf Tins from Asda or Morrisons.

After it has stood for an hour, empty the mix into the Loaf Tin.

Honestly we all loved it so probably make some more tomorrow ;)
