School boy question, removing pfl door trims...

Found the guide on where to drill for fl trims, but how do I remove the pfl ones? Do I just get the screw driver and angry face out, or is there screws on the inside?!  :y

You just need your angry face  ;D they're stuck with double sided tape from new.  :y

Awesome, cheers chaps, I did a search but obviously not a good enough one!

If I get a chance the paint the new trims (Thanks Albs) I'll get medievil on the old ones over the weekend :D :y
