door card removal with door closed HELP!

Please help have 02 omega passenger door is closed cannot get open inside or out need remove door card to fix can anyone tell me how to do it without wrecking the doorcard? :-?

whats wrong with it
is it the latch or is the locked

IIRC someone removed the seat to give themselves a bit more access.  ;)
