Waterpump grease

Hi Guys,

Just a quickie, in the Cambelt DVD he likes using grease on the mating surfaces for ease of removal later on. What grease does he use? I'd've assumed silcone grease because of the o-ring :-?

It was a silicon grease but, in reality, any grease will do given the small quantity used.
