Tyre to strut contact???
« on: 10 September 2011, 12:38:13 »

Hi,
I got a set of MV6? Wheel for my MV6 from you know where... With 235/45 R 17 tyres.....

The problem is that while I'm under the car doing my clutch, I noticed a nice shiny band round the side wall of my front  tyres.

So, just in case I don't have wheels from another model (assuming they are different) what should it measure from hub face to inner most point on the rim?

Fixing shouldn't cause too much problem but a problem it is... :(

If you have genuine MV6 rims, then your camber is out, or you just need spacers.

I think they are GM, what should the ID be?
When she's back on the road, I'll get the geo checked.
BTW, Thanks....
