Several parts to the steering, all replaceable. Most of them not hugely expensive. Need more specific info before advice can be given though. ;)

I can feel the steering power box is loose when I go bumpy roads, and sometimes it has noisy sounds from the steering system. it costs  >:(almost 1100USD here in china for a brand new steering power box. the price is really unbelievable. and I can not find any parts to fix it. what can I do..?

I very much doubt the steering box is loose. But rather than buy a new box I'd spend a fraction of that money on a jack and stands and get under there and have a look.

...and if the steering box is "loose" as you say, tighten it up again. Buying a new box won't help.

See the guides and FAQ sections for starting points on common steering issues. Tyre pressures, camber settings, wishbone bushes, steering idler, track rod ends etc etc.
