Diet going very well, lost over a stone in weight, done a lot of running......................and still OFF the ciggys

Mrs Miggy has started a cleaning service, she is doing well but i have been doing a bit to help until she can start 2 more staff......tell you what...this cleaning lark is no easy job..I got blisters on my blisters.
