Can anyone tell me what size there are in a Omega both in the front and the back, and can anyone recconmend me some decet speakers?

Actually the standard speakers in an Omega are excellent.

Generally, if they don't sound good it is down to the signal input quality.

Use a decent headunit then amp (30w RMS does nicely, and bl**dy loud!) and high pass them (filter off the low frequencies to a sub), I think you will be impressed with the results. :)

totally agree with Laidback, standard speakers are very good but really needs a separate sub.  I had to replace the front ones due to some slight excess  ;D  and using adaptors now have some nice Pioneers in the front.  Change the front by all means if your going to drive them from an amp but if your going to drive from the headunit, standard are fine.
