Solenoid probably sticking, mine was the same!

Thanks though to some advice from peeps on here, sorted it easy enough!

Take the doorcard off from the door
Peel back the plastic skin from the door just around the lock

If you look in, you will see the locking solenoid (the one with the inside lock sticking up from it) there is a rubber cap on the shaft, just lift it up away from the solenoid.

Get some liquid grease stuff (can't remember what it was I used, wasn't WD40), and keep spraying that into the solenoid where you lifted the cap from, while pushing and pulling the lock up and down at the same time, keep doing this for a few mins, then leave it be and let it all soak in for say, 15 mins or so.

Do the same again, spraying more & pulling/pushing the lock up and down.  Then check the remote locking.  It should be fine :)

Put the cap back on the solenoid, skin back, door card back on, and your away  :y
