Nah --- if they did that my daughter would buy up the entire stock  ::)

Must disagree with you on convertibles tho --- I like them .... at least the big yank variety with real back seats  8-)

On that subject my cousin's missus just bought a mazda convertible and paid 1800 smackers for air con option --- cousin went nuts !!!!!

I've never seen the point of air con on a convertible. People look like right breakwits driving round with their roof up when it's sweltering hot. A load of weight and a load of hassle for nothing. ::)

before I vote, can we clarify the definition of Gay Blue ?

Purely for research purposes, I have just watched a Blue Film, I am not Gay and I really really enjoyed it -

My observations, (and I had to watch it several times to be sure) was that throughout the film each scene comprised one man and one woman and they applied various fluids to the bonnet of a Blue Car and had a novel way of polishing it, (turtelwax gives a better shine though)

I`m now utterly confused by the term Gay Blue and will have to confine myself to a muted TV (why do we turn the sound down when on our own?) over the weekend for some more research.

[off topic warning]

Since when has blue been a merry colour ???

Quote
Gay

noun, adverb
–adjective
1.      having or showing a merry, lively mood: gay spirits; gay music.
2.      bright or showy: gay colors; gay ornaments.

Synonyms 1. gleeful, jovial, glad, joyous, happy, cheerful, sprightly, blithe, airy, light-hearted; vivacious, frolicsome, sportive, hilarious. Gay, jolly, joyful, merry describe a happy or light-hearted mood. Gay suggests a lightness of heart or liveliness of mood that is openly manifested: when hearts were young and gay. Jolly indicates a good-humored, natural, expansive gaiety of mood or disposition: a jolly crowd at a party. Joyful suggests gladness, happiness, rejoicing: joyful over the good news. Merry is often interchangeable with gay: a merry disposition; a merry party; it suggests, even more than the latter, convivial animated enjoyment.

just thought I'd ask .......   ;D ;D ;D ;D

[/off topic warning]

Nought new in 'Gay'; `takes me back to prep-school philosophy lessons and having to discuss Nietzsche (Die fröhliche Wissenschaft/The Gay Science, 1882)....no fits of classroom giggles allowed in those days: 'Gay' was just a happy attitude!  ;D

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gay_Science  ;)

Ah yes!  good old Nietzsche who I have been studying on and off for the last two years.  He was know not to like most women, although he was assisted greatly by his sister Elisabeth, preferring Ubermensch ('Superman', and we have a few of them on this site! ;D ;D) outside of his constant insanity, and although he was not a fascist, he is considered by some as the father of it and the inspiration behind the rise to power in 1933 of the National Socialist Workers Party (Nazis) movement in Germany, and  Italian facism under Musolini 10 years before in 1923.

A very strange character indeed and one who is fun to study....now back to Omega's! ;D ;D ;D ...or was it gays!!...I'm as confused as Nietzsche now! ;D ;D

I am confused on this point as well!!......are police stations not marked with a BLUE lamp, like Dixon of Dock Green?!   Is it being suggested he was gay, or all policemen are? ;D ;D ;D  Be careful how you answer as there is no problem with that! ;D ;D :y
