Hi all just a little question will a CCRT700 work on a bose system as my bose headunit is a little poorly.

I believe the answer is yes, BUT I also think you need TECH2 to modify the output levels for the bose system.

I'm sure Jamie will be along soon to give you a answer.

CCRT700 needs a different display to the rest of the range.

Presumably you have CCR800 stereo.  CCRT700 is a significant retrofit job.  Need to change display, CD Changer (looks identical, but different), courtesy light, and plenty of wiring to do.

Get another CCR800, unless you fancy a challenge!

and yes, ccrt700 can be bose and non-bose.  tech2 toggles between the settings

yes i have a ccr800 when i put the code in get the the fourth number and the screen turns off. Also i have a ccr600 but no code but i can put all 4 numbers in and leave it will stay on where as the ccr800 wont stay on. So i am urgent for the CCR800. Reason i asked bout the ccrt700 was i was going to take this out of the wifes car and put a sony H/U in and put hers into my car.

I'm keeping my spare CCR800, as I may put it back in, and remove the CCRT700!
