Looking at a ccrt 700 on ebay, can anyone tell me if thats compatible with the Bose system thats already in my elite :y

98 Elite so you will have a CCR800 head unit...

CDC2 will be different, wiring or at least the connector will be different to the CDC2...and not sure if the CCRT700 will know its now got a Bose system if it previously didnt?? Maybe Tech2 required...

Would imagine the speakers and amp are the same :)

Whats wrong with your current system then? Or just just want the phone option?

ccrt700 can be bose or non bose viat tech2

ccrt700 needs a special MID, and a different CDC2 to the ccr800.  There is also significant rewiring to be done....

I wouldn't bother tbh (I did, not worth the effort/cost).

Bose stuff all the same.
