When I 1st joined the forum, one of the members had just fitted this.

Was it ever determined who made it.?

not certain, it came back as unbranded as far as i recall, but with a couple of similar variations from other little-known brands

looks great for its price, around £250ish

you after one?

partly tempted to upgrade the stereo system in my corsa (no big box in the boot or owt like that) but it all depends on whether my cash will allow for it without affecting house savings

Not bothered about the Elite as I am happy with the CRT700/Bose.  Only down side there is no MP3

GLS come up for MOT this month and it hasnt tuned a wheel for quite a while, if it passes without too much out lay I will consider my options and one of them being a similr head unit as the car may become a bit of a work horse once I am back on my feet.

Saying that, I bought the CDR400 to get the CD option in the GLS. so I still have the radio cassete.  I have all the Grundid and autochanger out of the Carlton Diplomat, also 2 sony head units, one is and Explod and plays CD/RW.  I keep chopping and changing to suit my mood. :-/
