Hi everyone.

I have just brought a 2.5 cdx on a R plate which has a couple of small probs which I need some help with if poss.

1. No sound coming from the speakers, I have fiddled with the buttons and still no difference and even tried another head unit to no avail.
Is there anywhere I should start looking as there are no obvious faults to my eye.

2. The dials for the climate control don't light up only the driver's side one lights up. Is there a way of fixing them or is a case of get some new ones.

The climate panel will be the bulbs, there is a howto here

climate, as said, will be blown bulbs. Change all 5 together, as the action of removing panel often blows at least one of the remaining bulbs anyway

Speakers - I think you'll have to get a meter out.  

For non bose, its wired:

Radio > Drivers Kick Panel > Door connector > Speakers


For Bose:
Radio > Drivers Kick Panel > Bose Amp > Drivers Kick Panel > Door connector > Speakers
