 Hi Zippo,
I hope you Mums ok and understand how you feel as my Mums in her 80s :o.

To be honest with you if they had done that to my Mum whilst i was there, i would have picked up the first heavy object and cracked a few of the little f**kers heads and to hell with the ramifications >:(.

Hope that your mum is ok some kids have no respect. I know that if some one was to hurt my mum i would just see RED. But with the way that things are you would be the one in trouble i hope they get what is due.

Hope your mum and your self are ok, if it was me and it ended up in court, I would elect for trial by jury, if all the facts are put before the jury there is no way they would find you guilty.
The only way to stand up to the little villains is to fight back so they get hurt.
If I was on any jury in a similar case, foregone conclusion you are not guilty.

the police have been in touch and it looks like there wont be any action taken
1 because the cctv doesnt clearly show individuals
2 if it did show things clearly id be in trouble (2of the 4 lads ihad a run in with are a bit the worse for wear)
i told the police id take the consequences so long as the others were brought to book as well, but he doesn't think that would be the case with them being 16-17 years old in court it would look like i was the instigator
more than one way to skin a cat etc
got to say the police were very good and ive no problems with the officers at all

Sad, in a way, that if you'd exercised restraint they wouldn't have suffered any consequences at all.

Didn't think they'd press charges somehow.

i believe one of the lads parents considered pressing charges because
there son couldn't possibly be involved in such callus act and the other people involved(me) must be mistaken,( i have his pda on my desk which iam going to return  to him when the mood takes me)

Ahh, right. They'll be the ones that give him so much love and attention at home that he doesn't need to hang around outside supermarkets being a pain in the @rse, then?
