SC804 Tuner
« on: 25 January 2009, 19:33:37 »

I have one of these without display & a Philips 6 disk changer in my 1995 3.0 Elite & the only light that actually illuminates is the one around the volume control. Is there a way of getting into the radio & changing the rest of the bulbs?

When I first got my meega, my SC804 didn't light up at all! Had it all apart to have a little look and there was nothing wrong with the bulbs in the front display. When I put it back in th car, lo and behold the lights all worked! Now sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't so I'm guessing the connection in the cage is a bit intermittent!

What I'm trying to say is, have a go at removing the radio and reinserting it (making sure you have your radio code if the security is activated!) to see if that does the trick.
