pos help on replacing sat laser on ncdc2015

hi,

might have to call for help on this, have a new laser for the sat nav on the ncdc2015 unit. Currently working or trying on a broken unit - to work out how to do this, have removed the sat nav top module - worked out how to break it down (not loosing any of the small springs, forgot were some of these go - but i'll work it out).

problem part, putting the bits back to gether. have removed and put the laser back (ok), then remouning every thing else is a pain - have broken a plasic link which even super glue does not hold.

so ... question anyone done one of these, fancy replacing mine  :question - don't mind messing with the broken unit as I cannot go wrong - but don't want to break my working one.  Don't mind paying for your time (cash or beer)

ive stripped loadsa stff and rebuilt computer wise cd drives but was going to suggest a place i know very well that does this sort of stuff
