Siemens 2013 - No Magazine

Looking for some guidance please.

The 4 CD stack is not usable as the message "no Magazine" is constantly displayed when I try and use the unit.

I had planned to simply buy a replacement magazine but thought I would throw it out to you wise people first for any help you can offer.

I would guess a sensor in the unit rather than a faulty magazine...
