iv bought a new cdc2  to go with the ccrf700 head unit but someone cut the plug of my loom for changer i have aquired a new plug but colours r different theres 12 in changer and only 7 in my loom any help would be very appreciated

Sorry, but we are unable to advise on wiring colours for the lead - and think that this could be a receipe for disaster.

The lead is still commercially available, and probably also available at a far cheaper price from one of the excellent Vx breakers here on the forum.

Apart from breakers, where can I get this plug? It's the same as the RBG plug for the CID......

As it happens I have a spare complete cable. 

You say 7 wires, but I've taken a close look and there are:

5 single wires (2 reds, 2 browns and a red/white)
A thick black having yellow and blue cables inside
Another thick black that I can't easily see into but appears to have a brown and black inside

Are you counting the thick black outers as a single cable - which ould be where your count of 7 comes from?

Want to buy a cable?  8-)
