Steinmetz 1996 Omega
« on: 17 February 2008, 19:51:18 »

I just saw this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1996-VAUXHALL-OMEGA-STEINMETZ-2-5-V6-CD-BLUE_W0QQitemZ140206755584QQihZ004QQcategoryZ9858QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD4VQQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p1638.m124

I don' know if it has been posted already, but I think it looks nice personally and there are no bids as yet. I'd buy it if I had the driveway space.

Only needs one corner looking at externally from what I can see.

'Select' model, real poverty spec. Nasty things, usually had the 8v 2.0

I reckon the car will probably go for less than the kit would retail for. I totally agree about the graphics, but if someone was after the Steinmetz kit and had the readies to spare, they could buy, swap the kit over with their own and then resell the car again for not a lot less.

Still, I just saw it and thought it might be worth a "post". No good for me as I don't have the space for and have a facelift.

There's a replica kit available for £170, pretty reasonable if you ask me, I'm thinking about getting it. Still no good for you though, huh?  ;)
