number plate

what documents do i need to take with me to have number plate made
because a thoughtful soul reversed in to my car this morning  >:( >:(

I had to take my Log Book and proof of my address :-?

Don't need any details to get a number plate made, you can do it online, don't need any details, have a couple sets of spare plates, no details asked for.

Got mine on-line too, (from Scotland) no ID needed, think it's only in England that you need ID  :-/

incase mickdundee didnt clarify, you dont need any details ;D

technically in plate shops you're supposed to provide proof of address and proof of vehicle ownership, but yeh, they can be got off the net with no ID at all
