rear electric windows not working

Hi, I have a 2.0cd W reg Saloon, The electric rear windows do not work they show isolated when i block them from the front seat but when unblocked they can not be operated from the rear even though i can operate them from the drivers seat. Any ideas? many thanks John

Pop the switches from the door cards make sure the multiplugs haven`t been disconnected

if they can be operated from the front and the rear switches are connected, I'd guess the isolating switch in the drivers door has failed
