« on: 26 May 2010, 17:59:39 »

Is there a easy way of removing a stuck CD magazine out of a NCDC 2013. Display showing 'CDC ERROR'

Thanks

Not really, some VERY gentle persuasion, failing that it's a case of unit out and strip it down.

I occasionally have the same problem with the unit on my Range Rover. I press the eject button and give the unit a few knocks with my hand-this seems to work.

just had the same problem. didnt want to take out the unit as there must be another way, and there is!
once the flap is open, to right of the cartridge is a white square. this is the release lever.
using something hook shaped,  gently lever the white square (right side)toward you and hold. then press the eject button. hey presto!
remove the two cds you placed in one slot by accident.

i took all the cds out and tried the cassette empty to check operation before loading my favorite cds again.
