A few hours....

Actually, I give it until I get home from work tomorrow.  Got a one-to-one with one of my bosses tomorrow, and I expect it won't be pretty, and I'll be in a right naffty mood tomorrow night.  I'm already on edge tonight.

I feel a never ending Newbie story coming on

Loo-knee may be lucky - I may get banged up for physical assault if boss pisses me off tomorrow.

firstly as much as i would love to see it.....you cant always take your bad days out on loo-knee........what am i going to do when i have a bad day,,,

and secondary dont rise to your bosses its better to walk away and them not expect it then puch them..... it wont do you any favours in the long run.

I agree. Though in this case they are trying to sneak something in that will hurt me to the tune of £20 and 5hrs extra per week

you chose your job! and you signed your contract which they cant change unless it up.

if itis up i would have a job change. i do a 45 hr week when shore side and when deployed its a 72 hr wk and the pay is shit.

I never asked for a job with the company I work for, nor did I ever have an interview.  I was TUPE'd over when the services our department was outsourced to some useless yankee firm.  Still, sounds like we'll all be outsourced again, and I can say that as they forgot to get me to sign a NDA over it. Idiots!

As to the contract - they can chop and change as they see fit - TUPE rights can be withdrawn at any time.  And because we are not on real Ts & Cs of the company I work for now (that would cost them too much, as equivilent job I do in my current company is 10k more), personnel can't deal with any queries/grievences.  Nor can we really move within the company.
