I may just may have found the replacement for the MV6.

Without giving too much away it is a 3.2 Omega and ticks every single box.

Apart from 1 - I dont really like the colour. Would it stop anyone else buying if they didnt love the colour ?

Now should it stop me if the car is as good as described when i view it tomorrw?

Oh and the other niggle - either its wrecked or the seller has no idea of what he is selling - its nearly 4.5k less than the equivelant Roger Budden   :-/

I say you can't be too choosy with a second hand car, especially if it's a bargain. VFM and condition are more important than colour and spec.

(says he who has never actually owned a car that's not blue..)

I think its called Velvet green.

I usually know within a few mins if a car will be mine, just that feeling of being right.  Not sure if colour conciously plays a part or not - its just about being 'right'.

Obviously in bargain basement land, beggars can't be choosers....

If the car's that cheap Markie, why not use some of the money you saved on the cost and get it reprayed to the colour of your choice.

I'd draw the line at Pink but other than that I couldn't care less about the colour...

As a family, we generally have bad luck with blue cars, normally resulting in accidents.  Which doesn't bode well for tractor, though I feel I've had my fair share of bad luck with that....

Last blue car Mrs TheBoy had, despite several attempts, they couldn't get it to stay straight for any length of time after she was hit up the chuff at a roundabout (should have been written off in my book)
