Grounding Kit
« on: 15 December 2010, 20:21:55 »

Is it safe to install an after market grounding kit on the Omega MV6? It says it improves flow of electricity resulting in better sensor reaction, brighter lights, etc.

TIA

I think the 'benefits' are BS - the Potential Difference across the bulbs/sensors/ecus etc will be the same, no matter what the PD is between 0v and true Earth.

Ask someone who knows about electronics if they reckon that they could improve the current flow within a farady cage using the kit you mention

When they have picked themselves up off the floor, assuming they hadn`t died from laughter, they should be able to give you an answer.

Err . . . .  No !!
