Dave - If you post the same as your explanation up in the test section then someone can move it into the appropriate area and would be seen as your good self as the source and not plagiarised by someone else (i.e. me....  ;D  )   :y

Cheers, looks good, ive a few maint guides to move, ill get em sorted...

Now, I want to add the link to the epic tale of 'sillyscopes' from a year or 2 back when it was really discussed at length.

ill do a search later, but if anyone book marked it, now would be a good time to shout  :y

For the record (or cd  :-[) I own a £1500 professional 5-way cd duplicator. The 2013 doesn't even like discs recorded with this, even though I use using pro CDR's that are £3 each, & they'll play in other cd players that are over 20 years old.

I'm going back to 8-track  :P

I understand that CD digital audio is ok for NCxx , but what about CD digital audio recordable   :-?

CD-DA (pressed, silver discs) are fine, CD Recordable in DA format may read for a while but will prematurely knacker the laser mech. CD Rewritable in any format cannot be read at all.
