Car won't start

Car won't start immobiliser problem tried both keys still the same.any ideas :-/

Flashing EML light? If not it`s nowt to do with immobiliser. Have you done the pedal trick, could well be crank sensor

Static EML, had ECU read no faults showing.Pedal test :-[

High,Low,Open instrument.

0420 catalystsystem efficiency below threshhold (bank 1)
0430 ditto                                                    (bank2)

What does this mean.
