Hi my key fob will not open or close the car, the only way in is by the key, can anyone help please
I have changed the battery in the fob, and there are no blown fuses.

The fob is seperate from the key, its a 1995, I had to change the barrell a few years back, so got a new key for that, I changed the chip over, and all was well. no the fob will just not let me in, I have to use the old key to open the doors, the alarm then goes off, I then put the new key in the ignition and turn on and the alarm stops.
HOW do you re-syncronise the fob?

Key in ignition
Ignition on
Press fob button until doors lock and unlock

Hey guys Andy B and Albs, great stuff its working again, many thanks for your input to this, thats so much better than Beep Beep Beep everytime I get in the car.
