Do the refelectors move and feel loose when you changed the lamps?

suspect your adjusters have broken

No, everything is intact apart from the adjusters being very stiff and new ones are ordered. :)

the adjusters for left/right and up/down are circled below (can never remember which is which, but there are only two of them  ;))
