C/L module swap

If you replace the C/L module with one with same part number is there any coding/pairing needed :question

For the Central Locking or Alarm ECU, only coding is teh key fobs.

member outside of the UK wants the C/L module and a couple of key fobs amongst other things. The fobs and module are from 2 different cars. Member says he needs the immob. code for the fobs, I thought he only needs the code for his own car to pair the fobs :-/

To program the ECU, he needs the PIN code (Immobilser on carpass) from that ECU.  Not from his ECU.
