Right, first off, this is not ment to be a racist comment (as many of those I refer to are my friends!), it is simply a comment against an observation.
Being somebody who grew up near Leicester I know quite a few indians, now, many of them are quite short with some of the wives even shorter.
Drive around the Melton Road in Leicester and all you see are big Mercs and the like with eyes peering through the steering wheel.......

Back in the 70's we had a Ford Zephyr IV MK 3, if anyone can
remember those big bruisers. It had a bench front seat and
column gear change. Mrs Grumpy can't be described as the
tallest lady in the world

, and when driving this non-adjustable
behometh she had to look between the dashboard and the top
of the steering wheel. Everyone did a double take when she drove
by. My mates used to reckon that it looked like the car was driving
itself down the road. Some folk even thought for a second that
it was a runaway.
