I just ate a choccy bar at work. Thought "That tasted a bit funny"... looked at the label - it's 9 months out of date  :-[

chocolate isn't likely to have much of an effect on you, i wouldnt worry

eat plenty more food today, go the toilet and let out that chocolate bar... you'll be fine!
