i started driving in '87, those were great days.

No speed cameras, the old bill were pretty lax on speeding and if you smiled nicely you could get away with your tax being 3 months out of date. my tax disc had 'tax applied for DVLC swansea' on it  

£3 could get me round all week in my 1100 mini clubman, £15 would fill it up, and i was on £27.50 a week (YTS scheme)

20 red band cigarettes cost 99p and my rent was £5 a week

what a laugh it was back then, ZERO responsibility

Bloody hellfire, I was only born in 87! Started driving in 2005, in an '89 Micra... followed by a Corsa, two Almeras, and now the Mig.
