Enthusiasts for claiming back bank charges are just enthusiasts for the end to free banking in disguise!

I don't really have much more to say  :-/

Change the page title so that it says more than just 'Home' as search engines should use the title as part of their rating system.

Obviously not, but if banks are not able to charge their customers for falling foul of their T's & C's then they will have to recoup the lost money elsewhere. And guess where the only other source of revenue will be - paying a monthly fee to have a bank account!

Halifax already do this with their ultimate reward account, for £10 per month. Although you do get a lot of stuff you'll probably never use with it as a bonus.

I do agree however, that bank charges are extortionate as they are and should be reduced rather than abolished.
