How to change front drop arm bushes?

As the title says, need to know how to remove and refit new ones.  Have new ones sitting in front of me.

It's for a facelift estate dti.

drop arm? Is that the lower arm (wishbone) or dropping?

Don't know, all I was told that it was the front drop arm bushes,  I'll look in a while.
